The technology provision in the DfE’s Capital Grant and Charanga being an
official supplier on the framework together provide a one-off opportunity

Charanga’s Capital Grant Products Versus Standard One-year Programmes
The one-year Charanga licence resource programmes you traditionally acquire
from us cannot be purchased with the Capital Grant as they are
subscriptions. However, you can use the Grant to purchase three distinct
Charanga products – all one-off capital purchases with a five-year life.
Think of these products as you would a musical instrument. Each product can
be moved from one school or setting to another throughout its lifetime. You
can see where it is deployed and students' real-time usage of your product.
If underutilised in one setting, you have all the information and tools to
move it to another.
All Charanga products you can purchase with the Grant are listed below, as
well as the settings and young people they support.

will need to purchase them using the Direct Award method.
